District 39 covers the south east corner of the E470 loop and Cherry Creek State Park. Cherry Creek State Park is big attraction in the area, and the residential area surrounding it is a mix of dense planned communities and individual lot houses. The boundary between these two is the Aurora City Boundary. The area near around the Centennial Airport has a large amount of industrial businesses.
