District 3 is located in south Denver and Cherry Hills Village. This part of Denver has a larger portion of younger families, due to its proximity to the Denver Tech Center. With the incorporation of some of Cherry Hills Village, it is a district which spans in lifestyle from urban University Park neighborhood to the McMansion style in Cherry Hills.
