This district contains the northern suburb expansion along Interstate 25. The area south of the toll road is mostly developed, with Westminster, Thorton, and Northglenn. These communities are now in a race to develop the largest commercial tax base to support their communities. Sales taxes make up a large percent of most budgets, so the developments off of the highway can drive the amount of revenue available.
